The Chemicals and Fertilizers Export Council (CEC) is pleased to announce an exciting on-site internship opportunity for a Market Research Analyst.
This position offers a unique chance to contribute to key market research projects and support export promotion activities aimed at expanding Egypt’s global trade footprint.
Role Overview:
The Market Research Analyst intern will be responsible for conducting detailed research on international markets, identifying trends, analyzing trade data, and providing strategic insights to enhance the Council’s export initiatives. The intern will collaborate closely with industry experts and external stakeholders to support decision-making and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze trade data to identify new market opportunities
- Monitor global trends in the chemicals and fertilizers sectors
- Support the development of market entry strategies for targeted regions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Assist in organizing trade missions and participation in international exhibitions
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in economics, business, international trade, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Know the main data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Familiarity with global trade practices and export promotion is a plus

On-site at CEC Headquarters, Cairo, Egypt
Duration:
6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance
