The subject is conducting a trade mission to Tanzania (B2B Matchmaking)
Based on the role of the Council towards investment and development of sector exports and with reference to the fruitful and effective cooperation between the Export Council for Chemical Industries and Fertilizers and the Export Council for Building Materials, Refractories and Mineral Industries, it has been decided to conduct a joint trade mission to Tanzania during the period from February 2-5, 2025 (first week) in coordination with the Egyptian Commercial Representation Authority – Tanzania Office.
The visit schedule includes arranging a number of bilateral meetings with major importers and investors working in the chemical, fertilizer, building materials and refractories sectors as shown below, for example and not limited to:
(Intermediate chemical industries – organic and inorganic chemicals and various chemicals – plastic, plastics and rubber products – fertilizers and pesticides – paints and inks – plastic pipes of all kinds – glass and plastic tableware – building materials chemicals – insulation and lining materials – glue – plastic furniture and plastic home and garden supplies – quarry materials – marble and granite – ceramics – sanitary ware – pipe supplies – insulating materials – flat sheet – reinforcing steel – cement – gypsum – porcelain tableware – flat glass – aluminum profile – doors and windows) to participate in the trade mission.
Note that the cost of participation in the trade mission for one company includes the following:
1- Accommodation for 5 days and 4 nights (one person from the company)
2- Flight (one person from the company).
3- Transfers to and from the airport.
4- Field visits to markets
5- Business Forum (bilateral meetings).
6- Bilateral meetings at the headquarters of potential clients.
7- Internal transfers (for market visits, bilateral meetings at the headquarters of clients).
8- Promotional and marketing campaign and promotional materials for the mission.
If you wish to participate in the trade mission, please complete the attached form no later than Sunday, December 10, 2024, as well as the attached file and send it via email to Yehia@cec-eg.com, so that the Council can study the companies’ profiles in coordination with the organizing partners in the Tanzanian market and examine the compatibility of products with the structure of the country’s imports and the volume of demand for products to ensure maximum benefit.
